每當心升瓶頸、困頓、茫然、疑惑、迷惘……，
孤獨地像全世界只剩我一人的時候，
心裡就會有個聲音溫柔的對著我說~~

慢慢一點一滴累積，不要急，
很多事需要時間細火慢熬，急也沒有用。
